A: The way we teach surfing, you don’t have to be that fit at all! All our classes for beginners are taught in waist to chest depth of water. However reasonable swimming and paddling ability is required to participate. We recommend anyone who is into surfing should lead a fit and healthy lifestyle.

A: Many of our customers are not very strong swimmers, if you let us know that you are not that confident we will keep a close eye on you, or you may consider it more beneficial to have the private option with 1-1 instructor ratio. Remember all first lessons are in waist to chest depth water. You can always stay in closer.

Q Do you run lessons all year round?

A: Yes we do!!

Obviously in some of our locations it can get cold over winter, so our classes are less frequent. We will conduct lessons with minimum of 6 people.

In the warmer months we generally run classes 7 days. During these busy times it is recommend to book a few days prior to when you want lesson if possible due to high demand.
